TITLE: Creative Producer

REPORTING TO: VP of Marketing

PREFERRED LOCATION: UNITED STATES, EXCEPT HAWAII AND ALASKA

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Creative Producer who will have the opportunity to work across all paid and owned channels for Foundry’s portfolio of brands. This individual will collaborate with the Shared Services team on email, social, performance, web, and affiliate, driving the development and execution of initiatives aligned with company goals. You will have the opportunity to lead the creation and execution of content strategies and brand campaigns across all channels to increase engagement, support channel growth, drive brand awareness, and increase conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of our content strategies, ensuring they align with our brands’ identity and business objectives. You'll produce a wide range of content, including videos, photos, and graphics, for our website, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Own the content production process from end to end—conceptualization, planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and analysis. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.
  • Create and manage content calendars and project roadmaps, including schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with brand management, content and creative, and product teams to create synergistic content that supports our campaigns and product launches.
    • Lead and inspire internal teams and manage relationships with external vendors and creatives.
  • Stay ahead of content and digital marketing trends to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation. Propose new ideas and approaches based on your insights regularly.
  • Set clear KPIs for all content initiatives and regularly report on their performance. Use data to inform future content strategies and optimizations.
  • Craft content that resonates with our target audience, encouraging engagement, fostering brand loyalty, and driving conversions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years as a social/producer/creative (agency experience preferred) delivering video projects, running photoshoots, and more!
  • You are a native DTC thinker putting “social first” - you thrive on social communication and understand how platforms and consumers' use of digital communications for their engagement with brands.
  • Proven experience in creative project production and management, from pre-production to post-production stages, collaborating with necessary teammates and stakeholders.
  • Passion for storytelling and solid knowledge of emerging media trends and digital technologies.
  • You are a natural content creator/consumer. You intuitively know what “works” and are eager to shape a brand’s meaning to the channel.
  • You’re optimistic and motivated by problem-solving, not discouraged by it.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
