Creative Producer
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to manage the production phase of various creatives for our mobile games. As the Creative Producer, you will be responsible for working with agencies to produce live-action films, UGC videos, and 2D/3D animations. You will manage the whole process from ideation to launch of these creatives. You will also work closely with the performance marketing, brand marketing, and product teams to ensure the best execution and improvement of creatives.

Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end content creation and production processesÂ
- Owning the relationship and managing communications with production companies and agencies who provide creative services for the performance marketing team (specifically live-action, 3D, and influencer/talent)
- Contributing to live-action creative development in light of brand and performance data
- Collaborating on scriptwriting by working closely with internal teams to contribute to ideation, writing, and outsourcing
- Clearly communicating campaign production timelines, project deliverables, and resource needs to meet deadlines with partners
- Providing creative feedback across assets directly to agencies to drive consistency across all consumer-facing content
- Handling day-to-day queries and troubleshooting any production issuesÂ
- Identifying and solving potential challenges in the creative and managing creative budgets, schedules including forecasting, tracking, and reportingÂ
- Managing confidentiality and usage or rights agreements with external agencies
Requirements
- Having production experience (producer, assistant director, etc.) and/or creative production (digital content creator, director, copywriter, screenwriter, filmmaker, etc.)
- Understanding the story structureÂ
- Experience partnering with creative teams or agenciesÂ
- Ability to find and manage outsourced production companies and creative freelancers
- Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or willingness to learn necessary softwareÂ
- Passion for gaming and understanding of the mobile gaming industryÂ
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
- Proficient in English to communicate clearly with foreign partners such as production houses, agencies, directors, and producers
- Experience working with performance advertising, particularly within the gaming and mobile app industries, is a bonus
