Creative Producer (Omo)

Embarking on an exciting creative journey we are in search of a talented Creative Producer who is eager to apply a creative and analytical approach & skills to promote an app (Health&Wellbeing industry). Challenges you'll meet:

• Create ad concepts briefs for designers and UGC scripts for content creators (for FB Instagram Google TikTok)

• Analyzing data from test campaigns (FB Instagram Google TikTok)

• Analyze market and  competitors` ads & performance

• Constantly search for trends and new ideas

• Collect insights about our users and new potential audience

• Propose data-driven hypothesis initiate and manage new tests

• Prepare and participate in team brainstorming

• Closely work with a cross-functional team (designers UAM PMM Product team etc.)

Skills and experience required for this position:

• 2 years+ of work experience in a similar position

• Expertise in Meta performance marketing and orientation to data-driven decisions

• Familiarity with these or similar marketing & project management tools (SimilarWeb BigSpy SensorTower Asana Confluence etc.)

• Strong knowledge of how to create catchy ads concepts that are oriented to a target audience

• Experience in building and optimizing effective creative/production processes

• Understanding of storytelling and directing basics

• Attention to detail high level of self-organization and responsibility

• Strong time management ability to prioritize workflow

• Be proactive curious creative and have out-of-the-box thinking

• Have no fear of testing and failing

• Effective communication skills to be able to work in a cross-functional team

• English B2+ level

Will be a plus:

• Expertise in Google TikTok paid ads

• Experience in leading marketing brunches/ mentoring team members

• UGC expertise

• Basics of  working with content-generating or other AI tools

• Project management skills

• Experience of work with paid ads for an app product
