Creative Production Specialist

The Creative Production Specialist will work closely with the Creative Director to prioritize projects, identify pain points, and gather feedback to meet demands and alignment with creative team member skillsets.

• Field new creative requests (by attending all kickoff meetings and client calls) and changes to existing projects to ensure all feedback is clear and the creative team can execute
• Manage project timelines and assign hours based on deadlines and creative team capacity
• Understand creative needs in order to finalize internal creative briefs
• Track and communicate project performance, including changes to deliverables, timelines, hours, etc.
• Generate reports on team workload, new project requests and impending due dates
• Ensure that all creative projects are staffed, prioritized, completed on time, within budget and to the vision of the creative director.
• Coordinate off-site production needs: travel, permits, schedule, contracts
• Maintain budgets and track billings
• Assists with creation of creative collateral as needed

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, creative or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Business, Marketing, Communications or Graphic communications is preferred
• Proficiency in project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and productions simultaneously
• Curiosity and a love for creative problem solving
