Creative Project Manager

We are currently looking for a talented Project Manager to help support a newly developing creative team at Contentful. The ideal candidate will have both agency and in-house experience, working with a wide variety of creative outputs across marketing teams.

• Work with designers and writers daily to manage timelines, expectations and communications to other team members
• Work with outside agencies, consultants and contractors to manage project timelines and communications out to stakeholders
• Support number of creative mediums operationally; visual design, branding, video, animation, copywriting, content strategy, UX/UI
• Aid Creative Director in building out new processes for cross-functional project management 
• Manage daily expectations on projects to allow creative leaders to focus on direction and strategy
• Review incoming request and briefs in the queue and assign work based on priority and capacity
• Schedule creative reviews and ensure necessary attendees are present to give feedback
• Develop work-back schedules based on business goals and technical requirements
• Anticipate and manage blockers to process and timelines; flagging affected stakeholders and proactively look for solutions
• Work with team members and stakeholders across timezones in the U.S. and Europe as needed

• 4+ years in an project manager role, specifically working with creative teams (preferably in software or technology)
• Hands-on working design skills in addition to experience directing larger design teams 
• A working knowledge of creative disciplines - 
• Experience juggling multiple projects and working with team members to hit competing deadlines
• Ability to adapt well to change and receive constructive feedback
• A positive attitude towards work that embodies our company values
• Curious about problems and ways to solve them
• Ability to solve operational problems based on current resources and constraints
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Stellar communication and presentation skills
• Strong JIRA knowledge that covers intake, kanban board management, epic structures, and reporting

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: $108,000 - $111,500
