Creative Project Manager

The Creative Project Manager sits under the North America Creative Production team and will work closely with the NA Creative Strategy and Business Solutions teams. This role will also work with external brands agencies, and production vendors, to project manage advertising solutions and campaigns that help drive Snap Inc.’s sales goals. The role will require management and oversight across multiple campaign executions and external production partners simultaneously. The role is primarily post sale, focusing on high quality client and partner support to deliver best-in-class campaign executions smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration in working closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, excellent communication skills in client management, and a strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.

What you’ll do:Be the main point of contact (post-sale) for multiple projects at a given time across set client base
Build creative timelines for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests
Collaborate with and manage external creative services partners on projects associated with a set client baseÂ
Manage client communication and client questions throughout development process
Proactively manage any potential challenges during asset development and provide creative solutions
Manage 3rd party creative production partners and agreed upon scope of workÂ
Responsible for securing final asset approval from client and agency partnersÂ
Manage distribution of final assets to the account team and funnel the creative into the Ads Manager creative libraryÂ
Recommend improvements to project management process to increase efficiency and quality
Act as creative ambassador of Snapchat’s guidelines and best practices
Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal
Ability to find optimizations to process and packages that drive quicker turn-around times while upholding creative quality.
Minimum qualifications:
Extended internship in project management, strategy or creative experience, preferably in a creative agency or advertising agencyÂ
Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbalÂ
Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workloadÂ
2 years experience working with advertising clients in a creative support function.Â
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in potentially stressful situations.
Ability to find optimizations to process and packages that drive quicker turn-around times while upholding creative quality.
Candidate should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
Some design experience working with editing tools including photoshop and illustrator.Â
Experience working in Salesforce and JIRA.
Proficient in Keynote and Google Suite.Â
For NY based applicants:Â
The standard base salary range for this position is $78,000 - 80,000 (non-exempt)
This position is eligible for a discretionary performance award
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
