What You'll Do:

As the Creative Project Manager you'll be the lifeline of our creative team. Well organized and flexible, you can work with all levels of management and possess strong project management ability. The Creative Project Manager plays a pivotal role in keeping projects moving internally and managing requestor expectations. You will engage with the internal department teams to gather information and understand the overall direction of the campaign and creative request. You will proactively work to move the Creative team members toward completion of project deliverables and supports the team in various administrative activities by building project schedules, forecasting hours for projects, coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time; that all stakeholders have reviewed and approved in a timely manner, and enforce process during projects.

How You Will Help Us Win:

  • Support or act as the primary conduit between Traeger's Creative team and internal Traeger departments. 
  • Run and schedule internal meetings as needed; be responsible for daily communication with key internal contacts and if needed, 3rd party vendors
  • Follow up on Creative meetings, take and distribute notes and follow up actions for the team.
  • Manage creative project management system and attend Webinars to continually educate and stay on top of program updates.
  • Train internal departments on proper usage of Traeger’s project management system
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables are met.
  • Assist in managing the recipe launch process to ensure coordinated launches. 
  • Manage and maintain photo deliverables via Dropbox.
  • Assist in writing creative briefs.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Produce timely and accurate project reports for internal reference.
  • Attention to detail and proactive in evaluating, recommending, and implementing opportunities to improve internal tools and processes.
  • Flexible in supporting the creative team on a wide variety of administrative duties.
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing photo room; including props, product and equipment. 
  • Assist on photo and video shoots. 
  • Proactively book needed photo and video shoots with Sr. Producer as needed to fulfill creative requests. 
  • Maintain strong and healthy relationship with other departments.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client services/account management in a direct marketing agency or a combination of agency/client side 
  • Experience in interactive marketing - email marketing, site design, social media, online acquisition
  • Experience with photo and video shoots a plus
  • Experience using digital workflows/project management software a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong listening and superior relationship building skills.
  • High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence, and persuasion skills.
  • Be a resourceful problem solver with a positive attitude.
  • Remain organized and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines.
