Creative Project Manager

THE JOB
Are you creative, detail oriented, and have a passion for relationship building? Do you enjoy the excitement of sales but prefer to focus on the planning and execution of projects? As a Creative Project Manager, you will be the de facto expert on our products and services. You will seize the opportunity to consult with clients on the best products to buy to maximize their brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and strategic consultation.
- Takes full ownership driving day-to-day operations; planning and overseeing all aspects of swag projects, from project inception, product pitching and developing timeline, to ensuring smooth delivery.
- Pitch products and brands that fit your clients best based on the organization’s demographics, brand guidelines, and overall product feedback. Pushes the creative envelope to showcase ideas that haven’t been done to set your client and Kotis apart from competitors.
- Takes a proactive, sales-oriented approach to ensure the successful closure of all projects through diligent follow-up.
- Prioritizes a constant stream of inquiries and addresses client concerns and questions promptly, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Works in tandem with your Customer Success Manager to land business and make Kotis the “one stop shop” for all your client’s merchandise.
- Skilled in handling problem resolution independently finding solutions that satisfy the client’s expectations and the company’s capabilities, while also protecting Kotis’ financial resources whenever possible.
- Provides productive feedback, oversight, and delegation of all non-client-facing admin tasks to your dedicated support assistant.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years Project Management, Account Management, or Sales experience required.
- Strong PC skills and experience working with Microsoft Office suite required.
- Creative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- AA, BS/BA or equivalent experience is desired.
