Creative Project Manager

As RSVLTS grows and we tackle more licensed apparel from the likes of Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, etc., we need a Creative Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in steering the creative projects of our organization from conception through to completion. This role involves overseeing graphic designers and artists, ensuring that projects are executed effectively, and ensuring that the final deliverables align with the company’s standards and objectives.

This is an in-house position, you must be able to work out of RSVLTS HQ at least three days per week in our Hoboken, NJ office.

So, what would your day look like?

• Create project briefs for product collections 
• Coordinate the projects with artist
• Give feedback to artists
• Ensure projects are on time and feedback is communicated to artists

What you bring to the table

• Experience in project management and a strong design background
• You’re a perfectionist. Get in there with the nitty gritty details that you receive.
• Highly organized and efficient. We work extremely fast paced.
• Master communicator. You will be on all calls related to creative, you need to take in details and make sure they're given to the corresponding personal.
• Autonomy. We hate hovering, we want someone who can handle their business.
• Flexibility and be nimble with constant changes. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment. We’re constantly shouting ideas at each other and testing things on the fly. This office is a lot of fun, and speed always wins.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3+ years in apparel design or adjacent experience. 
• Bachelors degree in creative, design, Business Administration, project coordination in Design and Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical, and extreme organizational skills.
• Experienced written and verbal communication skills; must be confident, fluid and persuasive
• A self starter
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving talent.

That one partnership was then spun into partnerships with all major movie studios, the WWE, NASA, and more. If you can think of it, we probably have it. Combining officially licensed designs with high-quality clothing, we’ve created a uniquely rad concept that our rabid, growing fanbase can’t buy up fast enough.
