The Creative Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting numerous projects and initiatives. Projects often span offices, game studios, time zones and continents and it’s your job to keep all of the players coordinated on project progress and deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be technically savvy, and have an eye for appreciating artistic and creative work.
Comfortable with people from many diverse disciplines (technical and non-technical) you can represent others with respect for each group’s needs. Producers, designers, engineers, artists, business executives come from all walks of game development.
Traditional project management approaches will be challenged to balance business needs while upholding quality.
Required skills- Minimum of 6- 10 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in creation of professional presentation materials a must.
- PEOPLE: Interpersonal, facilitation, communication and project management skills.
- PROCESS: Process knowledge, attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong organizational skills
- TECHNICAL: Understanding of the technical aspects of product development. Ability to identify other business units with vital technical knowledge and cultivate relationships.
- PLANNING/IMPLEMENTATION: Implementing projects in partnership with co-workers, developers and other SIE business units. Strong capability to multitask and prioritize.
- Exemplary communication skills both verbally and using reporting tools including MS Office, Project, Visio etc.
- Reports to – Manager, Project Management
Guide large multi-disciplinary teams in the achievement of either technical or non-technical project objectives.
- Facilitate team information and work flow, typically between technical / product development and non-technical / publishing units of the company, in regular processes or on special projects.
- Help remove barriers to timely and cost effective process / project completion.
- Share budget, schedule, achievement and cost / benefit decision-making responsibilities, with associated units or teams—typically within larger, more sophisticated or strategic processes / projects.
- Serve as a resource to other project managers and line managers, assisting in the mediation and resolution of complex problems or leading larger projects.
- Coordinate and track process / project resources, staff, assets and schedules to ensure timely outcomes.
- Create presentation materials for internal and external communication.
Develop business awareness through planning.
- Capturing and recommending best development practices and approaches within context of business deadlines and priorities.
- Working with financial management to understand the implications of projects. Take the organization’s budgetary cycle into account when developing project schedules and development plans.
- Analyze and anticipate project risk and drive mitigation strategies.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Â
