THE ROLE: Creative Project Manager
We’re looking for…
Candidate who will ensure all incoming creative projects are assigned and produced on-time and accurately. The PM will drive and support process improvement in addition to supporting new initiatives across the organization.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Independently lead larger cross-site or client-facing initiatives delegated to this role, determining cross-functional teams, developing timelines, facilitating feedback, and ensuring business goals are achieved throughout project lifecycle.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day creative and copy workflow and prioritization for the Rue La La and Gilt businesses and ensure all projects are executed while maintaining flexibility for business partnersÂ
- Manage 1 direct report
- Own and lead weekly Creative manager meetings to ensure business and resource alignment across all functions of work. Foster positive and collaborative relationships with cross-functional business partners, creative leadership and brand operations team.
- Utilize data and business priorities with Manager to drive process improvement and priorities. Ensure these initiatives are well-communicated and documented for all teams. Monitor the success of the change and manage additional improvement as required.
- Troubleshoot challenges, identify solutions and direct next steps to keep work and projects moving.
- Communicate in a timely and effective manner. Keep your manager, direct team and internal teams apprised of project scope and/or timeline concerns and provide resolution options to avoid issues.
- Create and drive project plans. Identify gaps/opportunities in creative resource pool to ensure appropriate staffing levels for all creative functions.Â
- Act as a representative of the creative organization in all meetings and communications, thinking critically about business needs, team structure and bandwidth, and how to create a successful environment for all members of the team.
- Build and formalize training plans and tools to support flexibility among team members; support training and onboarding process for cross-functional partners. Â
- Willingness to flex job responsibilities and accommodate business needs, and learn critical job functions across the different businesses brand operations manages.

- Work with Creative Leadership to provide appropriate insights to Creative team members growth and development opportunities.
- Work to ensure positive, can-do approach to incoming projects with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
- Provide real-time sales support through management of creative asset production.
- Be an integral part of a dynamic and dedicated brand operations team.

- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project management, e-commerce, production or merchandising role
- Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel, Google Docs
- Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage confrontation and provide options for your business partners
- Highly organizational, detail-oriented, project management skills and can handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to shift priorities to meet deadlines based on ever changing calendars
- Strong self-motivation and self-advocacyÂ
- Managerial experience preferred
Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000.

Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, equity, 401(k) match, and a variety of benefits. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
