Creative Project Manager (Full Time; Multiple Openings)

Responsible for handling creative requests for RingCentral's global organization across all departments to support RingCentral's creative services, including print, digital, video, web and all other content.
To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Working directly with partners to understand project request, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and develop a clear and measurable project plan.
• Managing projects to support RingCentral's creative services and messaging across all channels, forums and departments.
• Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for all project related tasks, proactively setting and managing client expectations throughout a project.
• Delivering multiple, often concurrent, projects accurately and in line with applicable deadlines, while meeting or exceeding creative objectives and expectations.
• Coordinating quality assurance methodologies and taking ownership of the creative operations team's QA processes.
• Leading onboarding of new vendors to support the creative operations team, including agencies and freelancers.
• Finding solutions to problems and communicating effectively in difficult and time sensitive situations, escalating issues as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• U.S. Bachelor of Science degree or foreign academic equivalent degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field plus two (2) years of relevant, progressive experience is also acceptable.
• Experience multi-channel creative environment (print, digital, presentation, video, content & web), file management, asset management, project management, print design, and digital design is required.
