Your Role: As the Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our creative assets / resources to the broader organization. This will entail project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure that creative projects are completed on time, on budget and on spec and to the highest standards. This role requires a combination of process leadership, creative thinking, organizational prowess, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your work:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries and requests related to creative projects.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects.
  • Maintain project timelines, deadlines, and milestones.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Help identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

2. Resource Management:

  • Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to match the right creative talent with the right projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
  • Monitor resource availability and adjust allocations as needed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the organization's internal and external creative talent, including designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals.

3. Workflow Optimization:

  • Streamline creative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the creative workflow and propose solutions for smoother operations.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and software to facilitate better workflow management.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including creatives, marketers, and clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and creative requirements. Include creative leads where appropriate.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, reviews, and presentations as required.

5. Asset Management:

  • Manage creative resource platforms for both internal organization (e.g., Box) and end-user distribution (e.g., BrandPoint, Print SelfService)
  • Ensure that assets are easily accessible for team members and are well-organized.
  • Act as internal specialist on all print/bindery production, as well as storage, fulfillment, and shipping.

6. Quality Assurance:

  • Perform quality checks on creative deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and project requirements.
  • Ensures projects are correctly routed, approved and proofread prior to release.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of project details, status, and outcomes.
  • Manage approvals and maintain associated records for internal compliance requirements.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

  • 3-5 years project management principles and methodologies obtained by assisting/coordinating mid-scale projects.
  • 3-5 years Project delivery experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, design, or business).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Teams Planner, Jira or similar).
  • Familiarity with creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

The national average salary range for this position is $98,370-$109,300. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $88,560-$131,200 . This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
