About the role: 

The Creative Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are resourced in an accurate and timely manner, ultimately matching skills to confirmed requirements to achieve high utilization across the team. This includes minimizing the use of freelancers through intelligent allocation of permanent resource as well as identifying when freelance requirements are essential and recruiting suitable candidates. 

The key to the success of this role will be the day-to-day resourcing requirements, close working partnership with all department heads and understanding of skill sets, client team structures & people’s personalities.

What you will be doing: 
  • Manage all resource requests and assign relevant resources to each request in a timely manner 
  • Work closely with the department leads to source the most appropriate team for each project and communicate accordingly 
  • Identify and resolve any potential resource conflicts and resolve or escalate prior to a crisis occurring 
  • Ensure an external resource is only given when the budget is approved 
  • Accurately complete and maintain freelance & department administration 
  • Train teams and new joiners in the resourcing process and tools used 
  • Maintain relationships with key recruitment agencies 
  • Maintain relationships with onsite teams 
What you need to be great in this role: 
  • 3+ years of experience in a resourcing role or similar 
  • Degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Understanding of the skill sets with a creative or production agency specializing in social, website, and digital content 
  • Experience leveraging workflow tools in managing resourcing 
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills 
  • Experience in working and managing high volume of work 
  • Ability to multitask effectively and deal with constant requests and changes 
  • Excellent understanding of Agency processes 
  • Attention to detail 
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $80,000.00 to $110,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package.
