Creative Sales Director - Inside Sales & Project Management

At Calia Stone, we curate and supply premium natural stone for design and construction industries. Out commitment to beauty, innovation, and excellence sets us apart - and we're growing fast! We're looking for a dynamic and creative Sales Director to lead our creative movements from social media, newsletters, product marketing, along with interactictng with day-to-day designer traffic. Hours would be Monday - Friday 8-5 with 1 Saturday a month in our Elk Grove Village location. Taking ownership of clients and designers making them feel welcomed and providing a selection experience superior to all. Creating a welcoming environment. • Lead and develop a motivated inside sales team • Bi-Weekly creative meeting leads • product marketing • Coordinating appointments and understanding needs of Designers. • Maintaining accounts • managing projects from clients assisted. • Assisting outsides sales team in presentations • Running samples for clients • Monthly sales goal. • Team Atmosphere and striving for more. • Self Starter, forward thinking. • Social Media Branding • Working monthly events. • Coordinating walkthroughs / appointments. • Creative thinking with an eye for design and presentation • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands on environment with lots of moving pieces.
