About the Position

Contrast Security is seeking an innovative Creative Services and Web Marketing manager who will be essential to the marketing team. We are looking for someone who lives for great visual design and can convert ideas, abstract concepts, and messages into cost-effective visual solutions. 

The ideal candidate will partner well with stakeholders and strongly understand creative strategy, brand development, multichannel creativity, digital marketing, and the web. With a design background, this person must also understand basic marketing fundamentals and have a strong knowledge of content management systems and marketing automation.

As part of the Product Marketing team, the Creative Services and Web Marketing Manager will maintain current brand guidelines and evolve the look and feel to stay current with emerging design trends. Along with a concentration on web design, this person will support the field organization, EMEA, and APAC and manage outsourced designers for digital, video, PowerPoint, and website. The ideal candidate has a deep design background and an understanding of marketing automation and demand generation through CRM.

Responsibilities

• Applies design and web design to the Contrast brand to resonate with target audiences in the Cloud software, B2B Security Industry
• Creates and manages ongoing corporate identity design
• Design and produce all materials – from visual concept to final deliverables – for corporate ID, email campaigns, and events, including corporate brochures, datasheets, whitepapers, customer success stories, event signage, information graphics, email templates, webpage design, web banner graphics and animation, interactive demos, executive presentations, and videos
• Owns the website and collaborates closely with marketing operations
• Work with Search engine optimization firms to maximize organic search and paid-for search campaigns
• Collaborate with Blog and Social to ensure Contrast Security content is consistent and timely across web mediums
• Be able to design and work with the team on campaign execution across multiple mediums, print, outdoor, exhibit, banner, digital, web advertising, social, etc
• Collaborate cross-functionally with counterparts and business groups to execute creative requests and fulfill these needs across the organization
• Works with the marketing team and key stakeholders/collaborators in other parts of the organization to develop graphic and media assets
• Manages external agencies (if/when needed) and ensures marketing budgets are met
• Keeps up to date with market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 8-10+ years of creative design, marketing, and team experience
• Strong brand and multi-channel marketing experience
• Proven marketing skills, including strategic direction setting, campaign conceptualization, and communication strategy development
• Experience as a Creative Designer or similar role with a deep background in Adobe design applications
• Hubspot expert and marketing automation experience
• Knowledgeable in web technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Familiar and capable of leveraging marketing software, Hubspot, and SFDC

What We Offer

Salary and Other Compensation

This position's standard base pay range is $136,000 - $187,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a VCP and equity package subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider several factors: geography, skill set, experience, job scope, and current market data.
