Must be able to work in our McKinney office Monday-Friday; we are not a remote company.

Must provide a portfolio of creative assets to be considered.

Pay: $70,000 USD OTE $90,000 USD

About the Role: 

As a Creative Specialist, you'll develop and execute high-quality visuals supporting Marketing and other departments. Collaborate directly with the Demand Generation Specialist to create assets aligning with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.

Qualities for Success:

Versatile Creativity: Design and produce a diverse array of creative assets spanning social media graphics, digital advertisements, marketing collateral, website content, email visuals, photo content, and video content.

Proficiency with Tools: Master industry-standard software like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva to craft visually stunning graphics and multimedia content.

Ownership and Timeliness: Take full ownership of the design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring all projects are delivered with high quality and within designated timelines.

Multimedia Expertise: Utilize videography and photography skills to capture and edit captivating video and photo content for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to consistently elevate the quality and effectiveness of creative output.

Collaborative Innovation: Actively engage in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and brand messaging.
