  The Opportunity:As a DTC Creative Strategist focused on Paid Social, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our brand's creative vision across paid social media platforms. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of social media advertising. You will be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that connect with our audience, drive conversions, and elevate our brand's presence in the digital space.

• Responsibilities:
• Utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy
• Analyzing data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Motion
• Performing consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resources
• Collaborating with Post-Production, Production, and your Strategy Lead to produce videos
• Writing scripts and copy for video and static image ads
• Ensuring visuals match creative strategy outlined for the ad
• Giving feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad
• Executing on feedback given by your Strategy Lead
• Analyzing the results of creative tests and utilizing this analysis to iterate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, with a strong focus on paid social media advertising.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid social campaigns that have driven measurable results.
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate brand objectives into compelling visual and textual ad content.
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience in measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in creative and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
