ROLE FOCUS
Be a primary contributor on the strategy team for one of our largest accounts Â
ON ANY GIVEN DAY YOU…
- Unearth interesting and actionable insights based on research and performance data in partnership with our creative analytics team
- Own development of creative briefs that are clear and inspiring
- Collaborate with our creative teams to ensure the work is resonant and effective
- Develop Experimental Design learning agendas that explore strategic and creative hypotheses
- Help storytell campaign learnings and craft strategic recommendations
- Be the expert on the different channels we operate in, particularly socialÂ
- Work with a Strategy Director, Junior Strategist and Creative Analysts
- Ask interesting questions and provide fresh perspective ⚡
YOU BRING…
- 3+ years of experience working in a strategic role at a creative, social or performance marketing agency
- Enthusiasm for social and digital channels
- Hunger to continue to learn new skills
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…
- Embraces quantitative and qualitative inputs (but hardcore Excel wizardry is not necessary)
- Ability to juggle multiple workstreams on one account
- Isn’t afraid to ask questions and learn by doing
- Brings strong presentation skills and confidence in front of clients
NOTE
This is a hybrid remote/in-person role that operates within Pacific Standard Time hours. This offers employees the flexibility to get their work done where it makes sense. However, there are occasions where we expect to collaborate in person in our LA offices or attend client meetings in our LA offices or at client offices.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.Â

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
