About the role:

We are seeking a Creative Strategist with a passion for crafting compelling digital ad campaigns. As a strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing data-driven creative strategies that drive results for our clients. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional teams in Post-Production, Production, and Strategy to deliver ads that not only engage but also convert. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing performance-driven creative strategies using data insights, research, and creative direction.
  • Conducting platform analysis on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other key platforms to understand ad performance and optimize creative strategies.
  • Researching consumer behavior, products, and competitors to inform creative direction using basic tools and resources.
  • Collaborating with Production and Post-Production teams to produce visually aligned video and static image ads.
  • Writing compelling scripts and copy for both video and static ads that align with the creative strategy.
  • Providing constructive feedback on ad concepts, ensuring consistency with the overarching creative strategy.
  • Executing feedback from your Strategy Lead and applying those insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Analyzing creative test results and using data-driven insights to iterate and improve ad performance.
  • Supporting weekly strategic account planning for 1-2 clients under the supervision of your Strategy Lead.
  • Identifying top-performing creative concepts using data and creative analysis to drive strategic recommendations.
  • Staying current with social media trends and identifying emerging concepts that can be leveraged for new campaigns.

This might describe you:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media digital advertising.
  • Experience in verticals such as beauty, fashion, or consumer products is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of paid social or direct response ad strategies. (Work/writing samples are a plus!)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to creative executions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong project management abilities, including managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager; experience with other platforms like TikTok, YouTube, or Snapchat is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and how to create content that resonates with users.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Location & Details:

You’ll be working in our office located in Kaunas. This is a full-time role.

Compensation:
1,500-4,000 EUR a month, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth as the company expands.

This role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.
