 The Role

The Senior Manager, Creative, Performance Marketing is responsible for leading a team of digital performance creatives & driving efficient user growth. You will partner closely with our Creative Director, Brand Marketing & drive the conceptualization, development and execution of digital ads for channels like paid social, display, and paid search. You will also collaborate with our talented leadership and teams across Product, Portfolio and Paid Media.

Responsibilities
  • Own the creative testing framework.  Ideate, create, test, analyze, repeat.
  • Interpret data reflecting consumer behavior across the paid social ecosystem to iterate existing content, continually optimizing performance across multiple metrics
  • Aggregate and synthesize Facebook Ads Manager data and apply what the metrics are saying to come up with creative concepts that will move the needle and capture the right audience.
  • Repeat the process to continuously increase ad performance: CTR, CAC and LTV. Measure effectiveness of advertising & develop optimizations strategies for improving performance by channel
  • Partner with our Creative Director to write compelling campaign briefs.
  • Work with video and photo editors to create multiple ad variations to be tested.
  • Analyze your campaign results and collaborate with the Creative Director and Producer to create more ads taking into consideration the winning elements of your previous batch.
Qualifications
  • A successful and experienced leader in the Performance Marketing space within an agency or in-house, with experience managing large-scale accounts, writing and producing creative for social media paid advertising
  • Passionate and obsessed with performance marketing
  • Proficient understanding of performance marketing channels & user acquisition KPIs
  • Proven success in developing campaigns across all established and emerging ad platform. The ability to talk about the strategy that informed each campaign you worked for. Ideally, if you have a portfolio we would like to see it! 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives

CompensationAll final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
