At Code and Theory, our Creative Strategy team is the backbone that drives innovation and new creative approaches in our work. We look for diverse and unique backgrounds to constantly apply fresh thinking and new ideas to the age-old and unique challenges we are tasked to solve every day. 

Our Creative Strategists bring new ideas to life by guiding creative concepts from research to ideation and inception through to detailed design, development, and final implementation. These solutions are holistically considered and built to solve a client’s business, brand, and organizational objectives. Additionally, Creative Strategists articulate a clear path of action to make creative ideas a reality that is implementable given client’s organizational, technology, and timeline constraints.

Strategists work in partnership with our clients to define and drive business, brand, and user requirements gathering through research methods such as interviews, workshops, market analysis, and more. Proactive and described as a self-starters, they are able to quickly understand what activities and deliverables are required to steer a client engagement to success.

Internally, they are close collaborators with our design and technology teams to ensure creative solutions we produce are strategically sound in delivering client success. They have deep knowledge and expertise in all elements of the product development process.
