Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Sr. Manager to lead the strategic direction execution and innovation behind our global ad creative ecosystem. You’ll oversee a team of Creative Strategists responsible for developing high-performing concepts and frameworks that drive revenue across brands and business units.

Lead and guide Creative Strategists to deliver Class-A direct-response campaigns across brands and channels.

Define and oversee creative frameworks playbooks and ad structures that align storytelling psychology and performance.

Conduct deep creative diagnostics of AdBattery assets — analyzing structure angles formats and content variety.

Master and apply buyer persona insights to ensure every message and creative approach resonates with our target audiences.

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into creative strategies and acquisition plans.

Analyze weekly performance data to identify winning ads test new angles and scale high-performing concepts.

Integrate AI and automation into creative workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Maintain a forward-looking approach by monitoring market trends competitor strategies and emerging content formats.

Leverage neuromarketing storytelling and sales copywriting techniques to elevate ad quality and conversion.

Collaborate closely with Growth Design and Media teams to ensure alignment between creative and performance metrics.

Foster a culture of innovation experimentation and accountability within the creative organization.

3+ years of experience leading creative or marketing strategy teams in fast-paced environments (eCommerce or retail preferred).

Proven expertise in direct-response advertising storytelling and persuasive copywriting.

Deep understanding of sales psychology consumer behavior and neuromarketing principles.

Experience in funnel strategy CRO testing and A/B optimization frameworks.

Highly analytical mindset — skilled in translating creative performance data into actionable insights.

Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring high-performing creative teams.

Strong adaptability and curiosity to integrate AI and new technologies into creative workflows.

Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
