Creative Studio Project Manager

As a project manager within our studio team, you make sure that all projects get handled within a timely manner, watching out for priorities, and allocating resources. You’re constantly balancing ask and demand while keeping quality at bay.

As a project manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include optimizing workflow and enhancing communication across different teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting deadlines. You will be at the core when it comes to refining processes as our business scales, providing valuable input that shapes our operational strategies. We’re offering a growth path in the role and the company and look for someone with strong communication skills over years of experience.

Your other responsibilities

• Project piloting: independently guide smaller project's journey from conception to completion, ensuring that every brief from channel marketers is comprehensive and crystal-clear, setting the stage for success. On larger brand & marketing campaigns, you offer support to the senior project manager. 
• Creative synchronization: skillfully align our creative talents with projects, balancing workloads and strengths to craft the perfect match for high-quality output. 
• Progress navigation: keep a diligent watch on project milestones, proactively adjusting resources and timelines to steer towards timely delivery, anticipating shifts and turns with agility. 
• Workflow harmonization: act as the conduit for seamless communication, bridging studio creatives with channel stakeholders, ensuring that every voice is heard and every detail is acknowledged. 
• Reporting and insight: regularly report to the team lead, providing transparent updates that not only track progress but also forecast potential challenges, contributing to strategic planning.
   

How you’ll succeed as a Project Manager:

• You're the tech-savvy navigator in a sea of deadlines and deliverables and can remain agile with the latest project management tools out there.
