Our Creative Success Specialists bring their attention to detail, strong desire to learn, solution-orientation, and positive attitudes to N2’s Creative Success team. We rely on our Creative Success Specialists to use their expertise in design and layout to check for product accuracy, quality, and consistency — ensuring our publications are top-notch. We also rely on them to work with our Field Operations team — offering reliable customer service and creative solutions — leading to deeper process knowledge and workflow efficiencies. 

Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. This opportunity is a full-time, remote position. The starting salary for this role is $41,000.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Review and offer feedback on our nationally-distributed magazines. 
  • Design articles in accordance with product standards, as needed.
  • Offer creative solutions to product challenges.
  • Work in a fast-paced, multiple-deadline-driven environment.

To Land This Gig, You’ll Need To: 

  • Have competence with Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly InDesign. 
  • Have an eye for layout and article design. 
  • Have a portfolio of your work samples.
  • Be fast and accurate with your work. 
  • Have a basic understanding of Excel. 
  • Have an exceptional attitude – no brilliant jerks allowed. 
  • Be adaptable in a changing environment. 
  • Have a “We, Not Me” team mentality.
