Creative Systems and Consulting, L.L.C.: Senior Software Developer - Arlington VA

DUTIES:

• Design, code, test, and deploy the front end of our customer-facing application using HTML 5, Java, NodeJS, Mongo DB, MySQL or other Mobile development platforms
• Work with mobile app developers to interface with native app features
• Work with UI / UX designer to help create and then implement best design practices
• Work with test engineering team to assure product quality
• Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Participate in team code reviews and design reviews
• Help our support team triage bugs and troubleshoot production issues
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Integrate new capabilities into our mobile applications and help develop new mobile applications.
• Other duties as assigned within area of responsibility

REQUIREMENTS:

Primary Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field and 3 years of experience with web or software development

Alternate Requirement: Master's degree in computer science or related technical field and 1 year of experience with web or software development.

Other required experience:

• 1 year of experience using HTML 5, Java, NodeJS, Mongo DB, MySQL or other Mobile development platforms
• 1 year of experience collaborating with UI/UX designers
• 1 year of experience with Agile development practices
• Demonstrated knowledge of the RESTful API

Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training and/or experience. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience will be accepted.

Position eligible for up to 100% remote work; may be performed from anywhere in the US.

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is: $114,026 to $135,392/year
