Position Overview:

Y-PLANET is seeking a partnership agent who is passionate and knowledgeable about TikTok livestream to scout, pitch, recruit, and contract livestreamers to expand our Creator Crews. 

• Term: Contract

• Type: Remote

• Payment: Commission up to $10000, there is no limit to your salary!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Scout and pitch livestreamers on TikTok or other social media channels who are well-versed in content creation, livestreaming and have a keen eye for cultivating personal IP on social media platforms(TikTok/IG/YTB/FB/Twitch/Bigo, etc)

• Serve as a bridge between potential creators and our company at the cooperation 101 stage.

• Clarify our services and support for potential creators, and make it clear to creators about DO&DON'T of our company.

• Navigate new creators about the whole process of joining us on TikTok, track review status, and inform creators of invitation acceptance within expiration.

• Supervise livestream consistency of creators, and ensure creators' cooperation capacity.

Qualifications:

• Well-networked among the creator hub online and offline, connected with abundant resources of livestreamers.

• Extremely knowledgeable about livestreaming ecosystem, content creators, and emerging trends.

• Exceptional management and communication skills, possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, multitasking ability, and results-driven working attitude.

• Entry level of computer operation and office suites.

• Recruiter and talent agent experience are preferred.
