The Creator Success team manages relationships between Jellysmack and our creators. The team is in charge of day-to-day communication with our creators and or their teams. The Role
The Creator Development Representative (CDR) will play a key role in expanding and executing Jellysmack's Creator Program. This person will work strategically to source, facilitate, and support the partnerships and content team to broker deals with new partners.
This person will be based in our Los Angeles office, working closely with the partnerships, success, content, and legal teams to accelerate the growth and success of current and new partnerships.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have the ability to take on and learn new challenges, and generate creative solutions to obstacles that may arise. This person should have a passion for business development and a love for video of all genres. This role will report to the Director of Creator Development.
Requirements
- Identify and source new potential creators for the various opportunities across Jellysmack's entire offering
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads in a timely manner while providing the appropriate level of information to the creators
- Retarget previous leads and closed lost opportunities to build qualified pipeline for our Partnerships team
- Perform cold outreach to creators via phone, email, video, and social media platforms like Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn to schedule an intro call with our Partnership Managers
- Cross collaborate with Customer Success to drive referrals across all of our partners and perform the necessary outreach to set an appointment
- Support the Partnerships team with the proper notes regarding contact and opportunity information
- Attend weekly sales meetings, manager 1:1s, and team trainings to improve upon your skillset and performance
- Maintain the data hygiene of our CRM and tech stack as a whole
A Little About You
- You have at least 1 - 3 years experience in sales, partner recruitment, entertainment, or representation
- You are self-motivated individual who works well on own as well as with a team
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- You have strong attention to detail
- You are proficient in MS office products, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Bonus Points if you have
- In-depth knowledge of the digital creator space, outreach, and recruit top-tier partners aligned with the company's goals
- Existing relationships with creators or representatives
- A BA/BS degree

This role will be based out of our Los Angeles office, working closely with the Partnerships and Content teams, in order to accelerate the growth and success of our partnerships.
