About the Role
Millions of people love Miro - they're super fans who express their passion by sharing templates, ideas, and workflows every day. We're looking for a Creator Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and growing a scaled process for more of these fans to publish their creations on Miroverse, our library of community-made Miro templates (miro.com/miroverse).
You'll audit our existing content production process, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop long-term, scalable solutions that allow Creators to easily publish their work while maintaining content quality along the way. Your success will be measured by NPS, web traffic, UGC production, and Creator growth.
You'll also help develop strategies for supporting and empowering Creators in bringing their ideas to life with one-to-one support and educational content. Experimentation, agility, and a solution-oriented mindset are important to success in this role.
You'll be reporting to the Head of Creator Labs and together, we'll be building remarkable customer experiences on channels that scale.

What you'll do
You'll do well in this role if you're a marketing expert that can:
- Audit Miroverse template (UGC) submission, review, and publishing flow to propose and execute solutions for improved efficiency and scale
- Own Creator support throughout the template publishing process, ensuring appropriate SLAs are met with top tier service (measured in NPS)
- Prioritize content quality by maintaining and training on editorial standards and SEO best practices
- Identify opportunities to enable and empower Creators to build and submit successful content
- Vet and manage production resources such as third party content vendors, balancing the need for high-quality content production and velocity
- Assess opportunity and requirements to propose localization strategy for accepting global template submissions
- Develop an editorial calendar that will help us incentivize UGC at the right moments
- Work cross-functionally to share insights about our Creator audience and their needs
- Monitor industry trends and leaders to seek inspiration from UGC and Creator communities that work
- Gain partner consensus and be responsible for cross-functional teams from project start to finish
- Synthesize marketing research and insights into action
What you'll need
- 4+ years of content, product marketing, or growth experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing experimentation
- Experience interfacing directly with Creators, clients, or customers
- Experience scaling content processes (ideally experience with UGC)
- Experience creating high-quality digital content against SEO best practices
- Be an entrepreneur at heart: you are a self starter and independent thinker!
- Take ownership of ideation, development, GTM, and scaling for content production
