Location:
Our local office is situated in Cyber City, Gurgaon, India. While this role will primarily be remote, there may be occasions where your presence is required in the office for specific requests and company events. Additionally, TMB has offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Milwaukee.
About the role:
This entry-level position is on the Partnership Team within TMBs Content Acquisition Department. The Department is responsible for finding, curating, and acquiring the best user-generated video content available on the internet. As a Creator Partnership Associate, you will play a vital role in building connections with content creators worldwide, fostering partnerships, and acquiring videos that align with our portfolio of brands. Within the Content Acquisition Department, you’ll be working alongside six teams spanning multiple countries and various regions globally. Your work will contribute to our mission of creating an engaging global entertainment business that reaches audiences across all platforms. 
About you:
As a Creator Partnership Associate, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience outside of media. You will play a vital role in contacting content creators globally, establishing partnerships, and acquiring their videos. To succeed in this role, you should embody the values of TMB while showcasing your ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing situations. Being comfortable engaging with creators via phone calls or social media to negotiate and explain legal documents is essential. Your success will rely on your initiative and drive to achieve personal and team goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and determination to make a meaningful impact. 
Your Day-to-Day:

• Contact creators via phone, email, and social media to explain our services, maintaining a community-centric approach
• Negotiate legal agreements with creators, demonstrating trustworthiness and reliability in your communication
• Process and document legal documents with accuracy, ensuring nimbleness and attention to detail
• Conduct research and leverage internet skills to identify the best way to approach a potential partnership
• Support the Social, Streaming, and Licensing teams by providing high-quality content and meeting acquisition targets
• Follow acquisition workflow guidelines, working with a results-driven mindset
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Manager, Lead, or assignee, showcasing your willingness to adapt and be welcoming

You Have:

• A reliable internet connection is a must
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnights, displaying nimbleness and commitment to serving our community
• An associate degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required
• Self-motivation to achieve goals with limited supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful internet skills with knowledge of Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
