About the Role
Howl is looking to hire a Creator Partnerships Manager on our Consumer Electronics team. This is a unique opportunity to have a fundamental impact on the success of a large team in a rapidly growing startup.Â
In this role, you will collaborate with our Head of Consumer Electronics and Head of Creator Sales to maintain and grow our individual relationships with creators who create organic product recommendations across social channels to help them maximize their earnings on Howl. You’ll be part account manager, part content strategist, and part ecommerce strategist.
We operate at massive scale–your work will directly influence tens-of-millions of dollars of revenue for some of the most well-known companies in the industry. As a Creator thought partner, you’ll work directly with our Creators to understand their content and how they can best use Howl to earn more, and serve as their Howl expert to ensure they have what they need to succeed..Â
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:
- Serve as the day-to-day Howl expert for our Creator community in the consumer electronics space
- Work strategically across a book of creators, understanding what motivates them and how to effectively work with them
- Help define how consumer electronics creators work with a Brand’s commission programs, helping unlock new social channels and creator cohorts.Â
- Deliver product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of the Howl platform
- Own creator education campaigns to share best practices at scale.Â
- Brainstorm, collaborate and innovate creative solutions to deliver value to new creators. Â
- Collaborate with Client teams to align merchant and creator expectations.Â
We’re Excited About You Because:
- 4+ years of experience working with creators
- You have experience in and a passion for consumer electronics (think mobile devices, PC gaming, etc.)
- You understand how creators monetize their content and the trade-offs they face
- You want to be a partner in growth to some of the biggest creators in tech as well as a champion for up-and-comers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Successful track recordÂ
- Consultative by natureÂ
The base salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000 USD.
At Howl, we offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, incentive pay and stock options. Incentive awards are allocated based on individual performance. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.Â
