Role: Full-time, temporary (6 month contract)

Hours: 40 hours per week

About the role

A Creator Success Intern for our Fast Track VIP Concierge Service will help the LTK team strategically support influencer activation and growth through the platform. In this role, you will learn what makes a LTK creator and think through business processes and social media success for a creator. In return, you’ll work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce. As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle creators the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease. Our technology platform provides them the tools, strategies, and support they need to maximize their earnings velocity. 

We run over $2B of retail sales per year through the LTK platform and the LTK consumer app has more than 1.5M monthly active consumers connecting directly with our network of influencers and spending nearly $1B annually.  

The LTK Fast Track Service provides a select number of high potential LTK creators with additional support to help them achieve their LTK posting and earnings goals.

How you will make an impact

Our Fast Track team manages the below for creators on the program:

• Link management 
• LTK post creation 
• LTK post publishing and scheduling
• Performance report generation
• Strategy driven communication with creators 
• Collage creation 
• Performance data tracking and overall organization of program

A Day in the Life

• Create content for creators’ LTK shops
• Post on creators’ behalf to their LTK shops
• Create canva collages for creators’ in the program 
• Apply LTK best practices to a creators’ LTK shop 
• Review creators’ social media for opportunities to use LTK
• Help manage team resources. 
• Attend team training sessions and meetings
• Review weekly goals and reports to your manager
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Apply social media theory to practice

What you will bring to LTK

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn more about social media and influencer marketing. Candidates are also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process and be able to recognize their own biases. 

• Some familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing
• Customer service expertise 
• Canva experience or similar graphic design platforms
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback
