Credentialing Specialist

Modivcare is looking for a Credentialing Services Specialist to ensures contract fulfillment of insurance requirements, credentialing of sub-contractor vehicles and drivers. You are the first contact in the support and completion of contractual credentialing obligations. You will report to the Credentialing management team.

You will...

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, contract standards and guidelines
• Verify provider documents and ensure that they meet contract requirements and maintain documents in an electronic filing system
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with fellow employees, transportation providers and other partners
• Ensure accurate and timely data input
• Maintain and manage data accounts in database
• Partners across all departments to manage the satisfaction of Modivcare's obligations under all contract agreements
• Make recommendations for improvement to Credentialing Services management team

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 0-2 years experience in an Administrative Assistant role or in a similar role
• 2+ years of customer service experience

Salary: Starting at $18.58/hourly
