Summary
At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Credit Analyst in our Denver, Colorado location. The Credit Analyst will maximize Arrow's working capital, improve cash flow and effectively manage and protect the integrity of Accounts Receivable. The Credit Analyst will use various financial tools to perform extensive research to assess and determine risk and/or potential exposure for our customers. The Credit Analyst will support sales activities and initiatives by determining appropriate credit limits and assessing opportunities with Under Penetrated Accounts. They will minimize risk exposure while maximizing sales- ability to sell and grow market share.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Evaluate the financial position and credit worthiness of customers within an assigned portfolio of responsibility.
- Research, review and analyze detailed customer financial statements, bank/trades, and news and public filings (litigation, securitization, etc.) to set appropriate credit limits.
- Complete Risk Model's and Customer Credit Score in evaluating Risk potential. Portfolio monitoring to include annual review of credit lines, monthly review of credit line Utilization.
- Work with financial services (FSG Team) to develop best practices to market value added financial solutions to customers (i.e. fee for service, promissory note, escrow accounts, letter of corporate guarantee, etc.).
- Together, review smaller accounts and lower credit lines within their authority level.
- Provide insight and consultation on decisions pertaining to credit risk, exposure, slow pay and potential disengagement, collections and bankruptcy issues.
- Meet with customers to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Assess and audit the customer's financial status, evaluate management's business acumen and integrity and market value added financial solutions.
- Attends Branch Quarterly FSG meetings virtually, to understand the scope of customer engagement relative to Arrow's selling opportunities, which include identifying growth accounts, and level of credit risk.
- High degree of authority - has a $750k CL - Works with Sales VP's/GM's/Field Sales Reps directly - Works will all levels of finance employees for our customers - CFO, VP, Owner, President, etc.
What We Are Looking For:
- College degree or equivalent technical training; 4 years minimum experience
- MS office, ability to build robust financial models, verbal and written communication skills, negotiations skills, experience in financial analysis and investor analysis, coupled with a working knowledge of reading and interpreting financial statements.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$25.65 - $31.35
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
