What You'll Do
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join our dynamic Invoice to Cash (IC2) team within a global SaaS organization. You will play a crucial part in the consolidation and standardization of A/R activities between US and Canada. This role is dedicated to the effective control of overdue collections and aged debts. Other duties include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our core ERP systems and assisting with audit requests.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for invoice-to-cash debt control for the US and Canada
• Conduct appropriate follow-up of overdue debts/accounts to achieve cash collections targets and reduce debtor days DSO.
• Perform queries to identify and troubleshoot solutions for the collection of aged debts
• Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure the collections of fees and queries are resolved
• Maintain accurate records for all debt chasing activity
• Posting customer receipts to the ERP system
• Lead review meetings on debt position with I2C Manager and other senior partners
• Identify and flag potential bad debt risks to I2C Manager
• Assisting the wider accounts department on an adhoc basis

Who You'll Work With
You will join a team of collections specialists that support 4 operating Cisco entities across globe. The Credit Controller works closely with the I2C Manager to achieve A/R KPI's and improve customer feedback through Net Promoter scores.
Who Are You
Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience as a credit controller or a similar account collections role
• Consistent track record of delivering collections of overdue and aged debts
• Proficient experience using an enterprise planning systems such as Oracle NetSuite
• Ability to establish rapport and maintain effective, professional relationships with customers at all times
• Experience deploying escalation tools/procedures to influence a positive outcome
• Demonstrate confidence and persistence when using excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using organizational skills to handle the A/R ledger and prioritize to get optimal results.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, working with large data sets.
