The primary role of our Credit Analyst Specialist position is to effectively monitor the credit approval process of 200-250 new accounts on a monthly basis. The Credit Analyst Specialist is responsible for effectively working with the Sales departments to manage new account approvals, maximize sales, and mitigate the risk on the accounts receivable assets. Â
Our Credit Analyst Specialist is expected to proactively provide monthly reporting on credit approvals, denials, and actions taken to creatively obtain approvals. Partnering is key with the customer and operational business groups (Sales, Service Delivery, Customer Success, Billings, Tax, etc.) to improve processes, resulting in an improved customer experience.

*We're open to this position working in a hybrid capacity out of our Boulder, CO office (3 days in office/2 days remote).

Responsibilities
Process and approve credit approvals or denials on new accounts
Evaluate and make proper decisions from credit reporting Create and coordinate monthly reporting on KPI’s around the approval/denial process
Identify process gaps hindering the proper and timely credit decisions on accounts.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve all aspect of processes issues hindering smooth & timely credit decisions.
Full revenue cycle knowledge and support (monthly billing, timing, disputes, and collection of cash)
Effectively handle customer escalations and drives effortless timely solutions
Use a passion for Customer Experience, problem-solving and collections – to develop and improve process and communication
Work on an AR portfolio regarding collections and account reconciliations

 QualificationsÂ
Bachelor's degree (B.A.), preferred, from four-year College or University
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' credit, collections, or AR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' customer service experience
Experience working with credit providers (D&B, Experian, Creditsafe) reporting
Oracle Financial Systems, Google, MS Windows, Word, Excel
Background in Telecommunications, Quote to Cash, Finance, Operations, Business to Business (B2B) experience, preferred
Self- motivated and goal driven individual with ability to prioritize and multitask in a very fast paced and quickly growing environment
Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving abilities
Excellent judgment skills with independent decision making ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for customer service and delivering an effortless experience
Base pay range: $50,500-$74,000, commensurate with experience
