Job Summary:
As the Credit and Collections Transformation Specialist you will be responsible for the transformation of the credit and collection processes associated with the services revenue business of the company. You will sustain accurate cash applications, write-offs, and adjustments of service revenue customer's accounts and will balance and reconcile cash receipts with the Treasury Department and reconcile the detailed Accounts Receivables with the General Ledger at month end.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field or study
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Process orientated / process mapping capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with large scale Direct to Consumer Order to Cash process
  • SAP
  • Zuora Subscription Services

Responsibilities & Additional Job Details:
  • Provide expertise and recommendations to corporate and subsidiary credit and collections teams on transformation to access solutions centered on superior customer experiences
  • Redesign, implement, and maintain an improved customer order to collection process with customer experience as the driving force
  • Maintain working relationships with third-party service partners, including subscription service providers, payment processors, and payment gateways, while partnering with vendors to integrate product roadmaps with process improvements
  • Automate processes continuously to service numerous subscription service accounts and manage customer deductions in partnership with sales
  • Manage onboarding of new subscription revenue services; coordinate with sales / product managers to ensure seamless transition
  • Serve as liaison to Chamberlain Group's IT team to ensure proper system reconciliation and workflow
  • Create and maintain documentation for subscription service processes, including identification of key controls and monitoring activities
  • Balance and reconcile cash receipts with the Treasury Department and reconcile the detailed Accounts Receivables with the General Ledger at month end
  • Occasional travel (< 5%)
