Credit Control (Junior) Specialist with Spanish

Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Credit Control (Junior) Specialist with Spanish
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Work mode: hybrid

Responsibilities:
Responsible for collection all the outstanding accounts receivables
Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
Initiating written/verbal communication to collect money
Building relationship with external customers
Maintaining and reconcile AR accounts
Collaboration with client, customers other departments

Requirements:
Very good Spanish and English skills
Higher education would be an asset

Previous experience in O2C domain - preferably in collection area
Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
Excellent analytical skills
Strong customer orientation
Problem solving and sound judgement skills
