All about the role:

The Credit Controller will oversee all Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit-related matters in collaboration with the existing Nordic Credit Team and our Shared Service Center in Krakow, while also supporting the local Sales Company with day-to-day credit management and AR tasks. This role includes responsibility for managing factoring and customer finance and is a part of the Nordic Credit Team.

What you’ll do:

• Blocked Order Management

• Follow-up on past due payments

• Credit limit management for all customers

• Work closely with our Shared Service Center in Krakow

• Collaboration with local sales/service/spares teams to ensure accurate credit limits

• Dispute management in cooperation with local sales

• Customer financial matters in close cooperation with internal sales and external service providers

• Factoring in collaboration with Group Credit and the Shared Service Center

Who you are:  

• Several years of experience within accounting, with a focus on credit management

• Team player with the ability to influence and operate effectively within a matrix organization

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong networks

• Proactive, hands-on, self-starter with a results-driven approach; able to work independently

• Strong analytical skills

• Solid financial understanding

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is required

• Fluency in English and Swedish
