Credit Controller

Responsibilities:

• Initial vetting of new direct retailer (Onboarding – credit check assessment)

o Paperwork validation for accuracy and completeness

o Running credit reports

o Work with Inside internal stakeholder on any issues

o Monitoring Equifax alerts and taking appropriate actions

o Sending Security deposit request to retailer

• Manual adjustment entries into eBO for write-offs, courtesy credits to be reviewed/approved by Senior credit controller/Credit Manager.

• Identifying and recording AR receivables into EBO (Trust/deposit and BP trust)

• Raising manual invoices (Boomerang and Proforma invoices)

• Perform collection activities on assigned portfolio of accounts

• Credit limit reviews (increase/reductions)

• Approving Boomerang orders

• Liaising with external collections (KPR)/submitting default on delinquent accounts

• Provide tailored reporting for key corporate account

• Process refund request

• Entering payments into CashPro

• Ad hoc task assigned by Senior/credit manager

Required competencies:

• At least 3 years of collection experience

• Advanced English Level

• Ability to liaise with internal and external customers on a cross-functional and cross-border basis

• Intermediate Excel

-25% of base salary for night shift.
