Credit Controller

Job Overview

This role will have full responsibility for Credit Control matters for 11 different countries within the EMEA region. This role would be an ideal role for an experienced Credit Controller who would also like the opportunity to reach outside of Credit Control and become part of the broader accounting team and take on other responsibilities. They need to be comfortable working in a fast moving business, dealing with multiple countries. The candidate must be comfortable reaching out to internal and external Business Partners.

Primary Responsibilities

• Submitting Sales invoices via portals, SAP email system and by post when required.
• Send Statements
• Creating and managing Ageing reports to be shared within the business
• Work with internal business partners to get purchase orders from customers
• Chasing overdue payments by phone and by email
• Set up new customers & Suppliers in SAP
• Maintain company details tracker
• Complete supplier forms for our new customers
• Assist with new Supplier form information requests
• Maintain customers and suppliers details in SAP
• Raise Purchase Orders for Suplier purchases
• Other ad-hoc duties such as the SAP internal reconciliation of the balance sheet accounts, support the assistant management accountants in preparing the activity reports templates for the following month and VAT returns.

Desired Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external Business.
• Partners at all levels.
• Excel skills essential
• SAP experience desirable
• Be willing to adapt to different business scenarios
