Job Description

For our EMEA Credit Control Team we are currently looking for a:

Credit Controller with English

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • All Credit & Collections related activities with focus on Current/Total AR ratio to ensure customer payments are made according to agreed terms;
  • Cooperation with Credit Analyst and Credit Manager to monitor & manage credit limits for customers;
  • Review and release of time sensitive blocked orders;
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts;
  • Supporting Cash Application Team in timely and accurate cash application ensuring short payments and write offs of any kind are handled according to local regulations;
  • Coordination of disputes/complaints resolutions in cooperation with Customer Service and Billing Team;
  • Administration of legal cases;
  • Assisting Credit Manager with audit requests from internal and external parties;
  • Close collaboration and regular meetings with commercial teams.

The Individual

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Any additional languages are advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, or a similar field
  • Proficient MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and FSCM is advantageous
  • External and internal customer-orientation and engagement
  • Excellent team player
  • Flexibility and responsibility with a sense of time management
