Mid Atlantic Finance is the industry leader in auto finance, and we are currently looking for motivated, and energetic leader to take the reins of our Consumer Resolution Department. If you are ready for a challenging and rewarding career this is the position for you.

The Credit Reporting or Consumer Resolution Manager will analyze and oversee Mid Atlantic Finance’s Credit Reporting, and dispute procedures and policies against Metro 2 Standards. They will research, develop, and build process improvements for responding to credit bureau disputes and other complaints. The manager will manage and train staff of Credit Reporting Specialists who respond to disputes and complaints.

What You'll Do:

• Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, improved efficiency, potential issues or problems, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor daily execution of responding to disputes received.
• Ensure disputes are fully investigated and accurately replied to in a manner in compliance with FCRA and Metro2 Standards.
• Maintain records for complaint management, trend analysis and remediation efforts.
• Conduct monthly reviews to verify all FCRA obligations are being met.
• Maintain Regulatory training records and certifications.
• Continually review regulations for changes and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement changes to processes, procedures, and systems.
• Provide coaching and development assistance to direct reports through regular meetings. Evaluation of workloads, achievements and opportunities.
