Credit Specialist

Main Tasks:

(1) Credit Management

- Perform credit management according to AP Credit guideline

 - Assess and monitor customer credit

- Perform Order Release process

(2) Credit Reporting

- Prepare credit report for Credit Meeting with Sales Team 

- Status follow up credit meeting with Sales Team

(3) Account Receivable Management

- Cope customer`s inquiries regarding to AR

- Send balance confirmation to Customer

(4) Treasury Management_Support

- Credit card management for account receivable collection

- Note / Electronic note / B2B management

 - Virtual bank account management for account receivable collection

(5) Internal control / External audit support

- Prepare / Support internal control performance evidence of Credit Management

Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics

• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with staff at all levels

• Open-minded, analytical and agile with high integrity

• Intermediate level in spoken and written English

• Finance / Accounting background or Health Care industry experience preferred

• Above 3 years of experience in Credit Management role.
