Summary
Arrow Electronics' is looking for an experienced Credit/Collections Analyst to join our public sector business, immixGroup Inc. This position is part of our Credit and Collections team with immix and will provide services from the review of new accounts to establish proper credit limit through the collection and application of funds. This individual will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to best help customers and find payment solutions that will maintain positive business relationships. This position is part of a hybrid work schedule allowing for 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Align proper credit limits to support the business need through review of credit reports, customer financials, payment history, government contract and market analysis.
- Contact U.S. Public and Private sector accounts regarding accounts receivable balances and build relationships with customers in order to understand their needs and issues.
- Assists in the review of new and existing accounts' information in order to assess customer status and recommend credit line. May perform basic reviews independently.
- Review and release of pending sales orders. Coordinate communication with Sales and customers.
- Review customer account information to identify accounts with potential credit line increase and accounts with potential risk. Has credit authority up to and exceeding $1m.
- Review unresolved customer credit issues. Also develop internal relationships with sales personnel in order to execute customer credit issues.
- Understanding of the flow of funds from the government through a partner/VAR to Arrow. Leveraging government contracts to understand how our customers will receive funds and make payments.
- Leveraging risk mitigation tools such as Flooring, Escrow, Pay Proceeds, Personal Guaranties, etc. to support business for higher risk customers.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$27.59 - $33.72
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
