Job Description:
This position is part of a hybrid work schedule allowing for 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week remote.
Summary
At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Credit/Collections Associate in our Englewood, Colorado location. As a Credit/Collections Associate, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Research credit reporting data and analyze financial information in order to establish customer Credit Limits.
• Contact customers regarding aged invoices, disputes, and unresolved issues.
• Discuss and where appropriate, offer alternative-financing options to financially challenged customers.
• Partner with our Customer Service Group to resolve and reconcile invoicing disputes and discrepancies.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure DSO goals are achieved
• Vetting new and inactive accounts for anti-fraud.

What We Are Looking for:

• 1-2 years Commercial Credit and Collection experience, required.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours during busy times; this position is eligible for overtime pay
• Associates degree required

What Will Help You Succeed Even More:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, related discipline preferred or others.
• Working knowledge of various security instruments including Guaranty's, UCC's and Letters of Credit.
• Experience working in a Team environment.
• Familiarity with Oracle.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$23.75 - $32.73
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
