Job Title: CRM Analyst Department: Sales Support

Reports to: Sales Support Manager Date Revised: 1/20/23

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Reporting and CRM Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing all Sales reports to ensure accuracy. They will also manage all CRM reporting requests / Attack account updates / customer changes, updates and training of all new associates. This role will also serve as the backup support for commissions and ITA monthly reporting. They will support the EC and Sales Leadership.This is a fast-paced environment where the ability to multitask and prioritize requests are required. This role requires an individual with a lot of thoroughness and attention to detail.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist Regional Sales Managers with Territory Reporting
  2. Analyze and update Booked Billed, OTD, Lease Funding, Offline and Snapshot reports weekly
  3. Manage Winners Edge reports and all other Sales intensive programs
  4. Monthly Margin Review
  5. Managed Equipment Inventory
  6. Projected Billings / Forecasted Billings
  7. Managed Pushed out and Pulled in orders report
  8. Manage Stock ITA Credit
  9. Manage Attack Account Assignments / Tracking and Commissioning
  10. Manage CRM Account Ownership
  11. Manage all equipment updates and account validations in CRM
  12. CRM Training for all new associates / Continuous refresher courses
  13. Act as a liaison between CRM Contacts and CHL to ensure all changes are being communicated to the Sales Team.
  14. Complete Monthly Usage and NE Commissions Audit
  15. Monthly Pipeline Analysis
  16. Weekly EDC Install review
  17. Manage CRM Helpdesk

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Back up for monthly Commissions and ITA Credit reporting
  2. Prepare needed reports for the EC and Sales Leadership when needed
  3. Create Dashboard in CRM
  4. Manage WHP Commissions.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  1. College degree preferred but equivalent work experience in CRM accepted
  2. Two or more years' experience in Sales or Administrative Support function.
  3. Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
  4. Strong desire to exceed customer needs.
  5. Must efficiently manage time and priorities
  6. Recognize problems, issues and opportunities
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  8. Project a courteous and professional image at all times.
  9. Must exhibit detail orientation, with a strong sense of urgency, and follow through
  10. Must be a self-starter and team oriented.
  11. Analyze underlying issues and root causes
  12. Ability to develop and implement plans
  13. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and google sheets; prior Oracle knowledge is desired.
  14. Excellent organizational skills.
  15. Must be able to readily accept challenges.
  16. Basic understanding of all office equipment, i.e.: computer, copier, 10 key calculator, and filing systems.

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY

Within company and departmental guidelines preset by respective Manager.

WORKING CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to work in a high-paced environment with a high volume of information flow and frequently changing priorities. The Associate is occasionally exposed to a machine shop environment and hazards from equipment movement. Position requires frequent customer interface and occasional overnight travel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The Associate frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The Associate is occasionally required to stand for moderate amounts of time. The Associate must have good articulation and voice control. Additionally, the Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
