- Provide ongoing support and training to all users of the CRM system
- Manage system views and dashboards
- Perform basic development tasks
- Work across multiple departments at a corporate level
- Grant user access to the CRM system
- Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in business or IT, or at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in the CRM software
