The Marketing team is responsible for all aspects of the Jellysmack brand image. On any given day, the marketing team will be overseeing website development for a new product, creating materials to help sign new creator partners, securing exclusive news stories with top publishing outlets, sponsoring an industry panel at a creator conference, shooting a new brand campaign, putting together media plans, organizing exciting milestone gifts for our partners, and engaging with our community on social (and that's just before lunch). We work cross-functionally across the organization which means we get to communicate with teams from France in the morning, Australia in the evening, and everyone else in between. We're a supportive and collaborative crew who works hard, gets things done fast, and holds ourselves to the highest standards, all while having fun along the way.

The Role

As the CRM Marketing Associate (Freelance or Intern) at Jellysmack you'll be responsible for assisting the CRM Database Operations Specialist in the data analysis for multiple projects that support further understanding our database and our Return on Investment (ROI).

You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders of the organization including, but not limited to Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Event Marketing, Sourcing, Data/Analytics, and more.

Requirements

• Assisting with data collection, enrichment, mining and analysis to determine our "Ideal Creator Profile"' for various customer segments
• Assisting with data collection, enrichment, mining and analysis to best articulate the Return on Investment of our various channels and lead sources

The Qualifications

Baseline Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of database design, importing and exporting files between formats and programs using email and web-based applications.
• Working knowledge of database design, mining and segmentation techniques.
• Agile mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating cross-functional relationships within an organization.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills and is able to work with internal departments to realize their objectives.
• Must be an analytical thinker, organized and eager to learn new data and technologies.
• Enjoy and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial work environment.
