CRM Analytics Expert (Salesforce)

We are currently collaborating with a leading global company within the Pool & Wellness industry, with headquarters in Sant Cugat (Barcelona), in the search of a CRM Analytics Expert, with advanced skills in Power BI and data modeling and visualization.

As a part of the Data & Analytics team, this person will play a pivotal role in the transformation of complex data sets into clear and actionable visualizations, to support business decisions based on deep and accurate análisis, using CRM Analytics as the primary visualization tool.

What you will be doing in this role:

• Develop and optimize data models within Salesforce CRM Analytics to support effective visualization.
• Design and create data visualizations and interactive reports, integrating with Salesforce to provide advanced analysis and business insights.
• Work directly with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into advanced data models and dashboards.
• Create and plan recipes to prepare the data coming from the SFDC core to prepare the datasets most appropriate to the reporting needs
• Use data modeling techniques to improve data quality and efficiency, facilitating deeper and more accurate analyses.
• Ensure data integrity in visualizations and reports, implementing quality controls and data validation.
• Train end users and other team members in the effective use of data visualization tools and dashboards.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and business analysis, constantly looking for ways to improve our reporting and analysis capabilities.

This could be your opportunity if you could bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analysis or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BI application development, with a specific focus of at least 2 years of experience in CRM Analytics
• Proven experience using Power BI to create data visualizations and interactive reports.
• Advanced knowledge in data modeling, including creating efficient and scalable data models for analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of how to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Possibility to adjust the working day to the US time zone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Desirable: Certifications in Salesforce and Power BI.
